Guest guest Posted September 20, 2006 Report Share Posted September 20, 2006 Okay, I know I'm super anal - I'm thinking of following the old FIRM 90 Day Rotation Calendar (from 98/99) from October through the end of the year - My plan was to do it by workout type - rather than the specific workout identified for the day - and try to use the BSS and FitPrime (old and new) and Kickbutt workouts (although I reserve the right to throw in an older FIRM, and some non-FIRMs too!) here is a link to the rotation in " icon " form(thanks, Kassia!) http://www.mosquitonet.com/~sfrei/icons.htm I'd say my biggest challenge was sorting out the cardios and hares. I will definately use some traditional cardio in following this rotation. I'll also likely fit in some non-FIRM workouts in here and there. Not sure if I'll start the first week of October, or give myself a " play " week first where I do a week of " whatever " .
