Sunday's workout - Firm

I did my other library workout today so that I can return both of them tomorrow. This one was Firm Parts - Sculpted Buns, Hips and Thighs with Tracie Long. It is a combination of the floor work from the Tortoise and the Hare. Lots of ab work and a nice amount of legs and butt work too. It's short, but perfect for a busy Sunday. If I feel up to it tonight, I might do Crunch's Joy of Yoga before bed time to relax.
