Today I did Kathy 's step aerobics, the beginner section only

along with the first ab workout from the Firm BSS 2 DVD.

For the step aerobics I used a 4 " step height and kept my leg

movements small so I didn't jar my knee. For the ab workout I

followed 's modifications, I sure don't like those side planks,

bending the knees makes it easier.

I'm planning on doing aerobics 3 times per week, then I'll add in

strength training after a few weeks depending upon how I feel.
