Guest guest Posted November 9, 2006 Report Share Posted November 9, 2006 Kassia the stability ball workouts that looked the most challenging to me were the Tracie Long Productions ones, I got a 3 dvd set of them on Ebay. Huge dread factor, but the exercises seemed much more effective and challenging than this one. I don't dislike this 10 Minute one per se, but it I was hoping for more I guess. I mean, the 10 Minute Kickboxing/Boot Camp one was markedly better than this one in my opinion but they we all like different styles so I'll be interested in knowing what you think! When I eventually do this again I'll know exactly what to anticipate and will amp things up in my own way where needed. Normally I would have waited to get this one cheap at Ross eventually but I'm always looking for a good ball workout so I got it on DDD. Cheers!
