Of course you can do this tape with a good friend or family member too - it isn't sexual or anything, but it is... intimate. has you look into each others' eyes to make a connection from time to time. In a nutshell - I think this is a super tape and a great one to have around! A great way to get that non exercising partner to do something gentle with you, and chances are they need to stretch out. I stretch a lot and still found this tape to be beneficial. On to the next flavor of the week, and more workouts! I'm subbing Turbo Kick tonite for a sick friend so that will be my workout. This is the stony faced crowd, the one time when I'm teaching just to get a workout in and to make some $. For my classes I'd probably pay them to let me teach them!Back to work. I may have to find it and teach Mike why I like to turn off the lights, light some candles, and stretch. Sorry you aren't connecting with the new guy.
