Oh Donna sorry you had such a rough night, but don't feel alone, so did I. DH snores so bad and I was trying to sleep. I had a sore throat and took 2 Advil PM's hoping I could get rid of it by morning. No such luck, I ended up sleeping in the living room chair in my robe and didn't sleep at all. Now I feel like crap. I'm glad he works midnights and is only home on the weekend nights to sleep. You had a great workout week. I'm going with the one body part a day rotation for the rest of this month and then if Cathe still hasn't shipped out the new workouts then I'll do Firms until I get them. Guest guest
its possible your headace is a mix of the weather(b/c i have a bit of sniffles and stuffniess) and the wood stove. i remember the good ole' days of wood stoves and sometimes i would get a little headache from it at first. good going on your workout even though it was a long night. kassia Talk is cheap. Guest guest
I hope your sinuses are better today, that dry air can really do a number on them. We live in a dry climate, so I know what it's like. Do you think the move might have changed your DD's sleeping habits. It may take her a while to get used to her new room. You are doing great with your workouts, I never would have thought to include the FitPrimes in this rotation what a great idea. Guest guest
Sorry to hear you didn't get such a good sleep. You aren't alone with the snoring, my DH snored off and on all night. I woke up feeling groggy this morning. Hope your throat is feeling better. Take care, Kerry wrote: Oh Donna sorry you had such a rough night, but don't feel alone, so did I. So they pretty much play a tune together lol DH works midnights so on the weekends he's home. I'm glad when he's home, but really dread bedtime because I know I won't get any sleep. Guest guest
Oh dear! What to do about a snoring dog. That's kind of funny about them snoring in tune, but not so funny for you if you are trying to sleep. I hope you can find a solution to the problem so you can get a good sleep.
