Tuesday's workout - Firm

Today I did an oldie but goodie - Firm BSS1 Body Sculpt. Not a bad workout for 45 minutes. It's hard because they do all lower body then upper body which causes you to work each area really hard with no relief like you get when you mix the upper and lower body. I followed that with Firm 5 Day Abs Day 5 which is from Firm Volume 6. A nice all around workout for my tired self.
