Try this link, then in the search box type in 'neuropathy and herpes' and go through 151 abstracts. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?CMD=search & DB=PubMed Neuropathy spans a whole range of syndromes - like optic neuropathy, HIV-associated neuropathy and diabetic neuropathy. As you know, CMT is but one kind of neuropathy, and the way I prefer to describe and categorize it is as 'a genetic neuromuscular syndrome affecting the peripherial nerves, the myelin coating (wrapping around the nerve) and the (inside of the) nerve itself'.
