Guest guest
Hi, Yoga on the ball is a good one - the ball is used throughout the yoga practice and helps with alignment/stretching. I didn't particularly like the sun salutations with the ball - felt awkward to me - but the rest I did like. I borrowed this one from the library a few months back, so that is my recollection. I did pick up my own copy at Ross, though since I did like it. I also like Ivanhoe's instruction. HTH! Guest guest
Donna - have you ever tried Pilates on the Ball with Liz ? That's a nice 30 minute workout as well. --Kathy Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius. Hobbes: What's misunderstood about you? Guest guest
this workout really makes my lower back feel good. she doesn't move fast at all and has plenty of back extensions for releasing that back tension. i was lucky to find this one with abs on the ball at sam's club on year for $10. kassiakvetro60@... wrote: Donna - have you ever tried Pilates on the Ball with Liz ?
