Guest guest Posted September 18, 2005 Report Share Posted September 18, 2005 I have never liked the fact that Athena has a monopoly on the CMT blood testing, and considering the price of the testing, with their " June backlog " this is a good reason to open more testing labs. There is no reason a lab should have a backlog. This is not acceptable...grrrrrr. And it is going on my list of " things to do " ... (I mean to find out what Athena's " problem " is and to find other commercial test labs (not those connected with Institutions) I have also been moderately suspicious about the turn around time, since I have had reports from our members who live close to the test lab (Boston) that they received their results in 2 weeks or less. Anyone with me on sort of a 'discrimination' of sorts?
