Well, I couldn't sleep last night so about 10:15 I went back into the gym while everyone else was in bed. Talk about a nice time to workout! I didn't want to do weights because I had already done my weight work for Thursday and didn't want to go ahead and do my weight work for today, so I just got back on the treadmill for 30 minutes (Breakdown of 5 minutes at 2.5mph, 5 minutes at 3.0mph, 3 minutes at 3.5mph, 1 minute at 4.0mph, 2 minutes at 3.5mph, 1 minute at 4.0mph, 3 minutes at 3.5mph, 5 minutes at 3.0mph, and 5 minutes at 2.5mph. Total of 1.515 miles and 154 calories burned.) and then tried to start some yoga. I started Namaste Yoga from my dvr, the Lengthening the Spine practice that aired on Fit TV on Monday. I was doing pretty good through the warm up and the first segement of the triangles. On the first revolved triangle, I felt a pull in my back and about fell over. I think part of the balance thing was being stuffy (forgot my Zyrtec last night), but decided the pull was too much and stopped. Today is suppose to be Shoulders and Abs, Cardio, and Yoga. I'm thinking of doing videos for the Abs, Cardio, and Yoga, so I should have more to review tonight.

Glad you got in a good uninterrupted workout, not so good that you pulled your back. I hope it gets better soon.

Thanks Kerry. My back will be fine, I just have to learn what movements make it worse and work into them slowly.
