Yes, Cathleen, you are so right. Sometimes can be very hard, but we have to keep

going and look at the bright side.

I go to the pool and there is were I found a relaxing time. I am

alert most of all times, and find meditation something quite

impossible for me. I need to learn more discipline, but so far so good.

I have problems with sleeping and gosh, If I would sleep in the

afternoon or another time during the day, then I would never sleep

in the nights.

Mind you, I am a night person, always go to bed after 3 or 4 in the

morning, so yes, as you can see...I am a bit up side down..lol!
