Guest guest Posted September 10, 2006 Report Share Posted September 10, 2006 This morning I did Ab Jam. By the time I had done laundry all I had was 20 minutes so this was perfect. I think I need to start getting up at 5:30 so I can do longer morning workouts. But it does take me some time to wake up enough to do cardio, so that probably won’t work. Ab Jam is the perfect morning workout. It is quick, requires little thought and doesn’t require me to move too hard. But it is a nice little workout. I think I have it memorized now though. I’ve been doing it on cardio days since it is the only ab specific Turbo Jam I have (unless I missed something – a couple of these are still virgins) Of course they all work the abs but that was just the way I set up the schedule. Anyway tonight is Punch Kick and Jam which I am really looking forward too and now is time to shower and get the kids up. Monday Monday….. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
