Guest guest
Hi ,It's now at 20 degrees here, it was 14 at 5:00 this morning.Well... I did Simply Strong w/ Gin . It was okay. It's a 60 minute strenth training workout, but I don't know if it did too much for me. I like wasting my muscles before moving on and this one is a little here and a little there, ya know? Afterwards I did cardio fusion. WOW Fun, tough workout. It's about an hour and 15 minutes though. It was hard, but I was able to do probably 90 - 95% of it. Some of the drills I had to skip a rep to gain some feeling in my legs..LOL.. I burned over 700 calories, I don't remember if it were 703 or 730..LOL... The choreography was pretty easy to catch on to, some I caught on instantly too, and then others I was fumbling a bit, but not enough to drop my heart rate. Afterwards, I did all 3 section of the abs diet for abs. They are only 5 minutees each, so that was a total of 15 minutes. A great workout, and I am now ready to get in the shower and take the boys grocery shopping.....joy... :)DarcyOn 11/3/06, fitgrl222@... <fitgrl222@...> wrote: In a message dated 11/3/2006 6:40:56 A.M. Guest guest
Oh my goodness Darcy, What a workout! Hope your muscles are OK tomorrow. I'll be doing the grocery shopping thing this morning too, so I'll be thinking of you. We got some more snow last night so the roads may be a mite slippery, oh joy..... Guest guest
Yes, it was a good one... WHEN I workout, I like to get cardio and strength in and so a lot of times (most times) I workout for 2 hours or a bit more.. I've been taking about 2 days a week off though, so it balances out Be careful on those roads!DarcyOn 11/3/06, Kerry Kramer <kerrykramer@...> wrote: Oh my goodness Darcy, What a workout! Guest guest
I used to workout like that before I had my oldest DD. I didn't take much time off though, I'm slowly learning about needed recovery times. I will be careful on those darned roads. Thank goodness I don't have to go on any hills, we've got a few steep ones here that are quite scary in winter. Kerry Yes, it was a good one... Guest guest
I hear ya Kerry. I used to workout 2 hours a day FAITHFULLY prior to my first as well. Now that I have two boys I take days off. Before, I rarely did.DarcyOn 11/3/06, Kerry Kramer <kerrykramer@...> wrote: I used to workout like that before I had my oldest DD. Guest guest
Good to hear Darcy. When we need to take care of others that's when we realize we need to take care of ourselves so we can be a caregiver to best of our ability. Take care, Kerry Darcy wrote: I hear ya Kerry. Guest guest
Maybe he thinks you're sitting out there drinking coffee and watching soaps. I'm certainly impressed!
