Guest guest
Hi Fred, OK here's my spin on the 3 kinds of shoes, based on my experience of wearing all 3. The walking shoes are just for walking, they don't seem to do anything else. They also seem WAY to soft for me. The running shoes have exceptional heel and ankle stability, and are also made of more mesh. Mesh is good, allows for circulation, etc. and they are very comfortable. But, I replace my running shoes about every 4-6 months. The cross trainers seem to last the longest, have excellent stability, roll bar, heel and ankle stability, and are leather, so they last longer. LOL I need all these shoes for different purposes! And this is only my 2 cents worth. All shoes I mentioned are Strictly New balance. ~ Gretchen
