, I like 5 Day Abs a lot too! They are effective and take little time and are perfect ad ons or when you are crunched for time.As far as not seeing results, I'm not an expert (Tonya, can you chime in here?) but you may be overtraining your body. Your body needs a break to build muscle and recuperate. When my friend was seeing a personal trainer he had her take a whole week off from working out every couple of months. It's easy to be hard on ourselves. I am so guilty of this. For some reason I don't mind when I do it but I hate to see you beat yourself up over this :( You look FANTASIC, I wish I looked 1/11th as good as you do. Perhaps you need to take some time off from exercising and pamper your wonderful self?Hugs and light energy,laurafitgrl222@... wrote: Happy Monday everyone (well, maybe not) I got up and did The Firm Upper Body then did 5 Day Abs (Day 3) I was surprised what a nice workout I got, I didn't expect to feel as worked out as I do. I took out all the lower body movement and just focused on the upper and I was able to go heavier. It felt really different to work so many muscle groups back to back like that after that 4 weeks of just one body part per workout. Speaking of my 4 week rotation.... I weighted myself and did my measurements

this morning to see what kind of results I got if any, and I got exactly that.... NONE! My weight stayed the same and the measurements were the same. I just don't get it. I eat well, I don't eat at night, I eat lots of fruits and veggies, whole wheat, whole grain, low fat.. blah, blah... I get over 100 grams on my protein most days. I record, record, record my food intake constantly, constantly reading food labels, it's starting to suck. I admit I over do it on the weekends and that is the only thing that could be sabotaging me. Its like no matter what I do, how hard I workout, or what I eat, nothing ever changes. It's like I'm driving down the same road and turning around and driving back down it again. I probably shouldn't complain because I haven't gained weight, but why can't I ever lose even 1 lb or 1 inch or see some kind of results

from these rotations I do? It gets old and depressing because I feel like I'm just doing it and I'm getting nothing out of it in the end. Of course I know the health benefits and that is very important to me so I KNOW if I get nothing else I'm doing a great thing for my body AND my mind, BUT .. it would be nice to have a little of success, you know? Ok, I'm done complaining... Sorry for the ramble and negativity. ~~(who will try to have a good day)
