Guest guest
, The brace is going very well. I sometimes get nervous that I don't have it on correct after I've let him have a bath or a brace break, but otherwise it is the same as the cast. I notice he sweats a lot more in the brace. I'm hoping Cole will grow out of it before summer, because it would be way too hot to be out in the heat with the cast on. Matt finishes up law and mba school this spring. He has accepted a job with GE which will have us moving every 6 months for two years. I dread it. I was hoping to move at least west of Denver, but it looks like our first city will be Chicago or Philadelphia. But at the end of the two years, we will really push for a city on the west coast with GE. Thanks for asking. Take care. /Cole Hansen <hansenmh1@...> wrote: --- In infantile scoliosis treatment , Baird <michelle_r_baird@...> wrote: >, Thanks for the congrats. I haven't talked to you in such a long while. I am so happy for Cole as well. He is in a brace is he not? I can't believe time has blown by so fast since we were both in Erie the first time. How is the brace compared to the cast. I am nervous to go to that step just because I am so used to the cast and how to diaper it. I am afraid she will realize it can come off and will want it off all the time. I guess we will see. When will you and your husband be done with school and on the move again? Are you planning on staying out in the Midwest or moving west again. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. It was great hearing from you!! and Lily > Dear and Lily, > Awesome news!! Congrats on the success and great progress. She'll be castless just in time for summer and swimming. I just saw the new pic. of Lily on the ISOP site. She is so cute and so grown up! Sorry to hear about her hips. Hopefully they'll surprise you at your next appt. and show some improvement. > Hope all is well and that you had a Merry Christmas and happy New Year. > and Cole > > Hansen <hansenmh1@...> wrote: Hey everyone, Quick update on Lily's progress.
