Hi , I see where you're coming from; you spent a lot of money on a machine and you feel that you should use it. I know I would feel the same way. Do your legs hurt after doing it, I mean, other than "good" muscle soreness? How are your joints taking it? Are you walking or jogging/running? When I have a lot on my mind I like to work out on the eliptical at the gym since the movements are simple and my mind can wander and ruminate. In that sense it can be a spiritual experience. However, most of the time I am bored to tears with this kind of workout and need to take group exercise classes or do the home video workouts and change everything up. Could you maybe do the treadmill 3-4 days a week and videos on the other days? Are there other family members who would benefit from the

treadmill too?
