Guest guest
Great workout ! Are you doing any weight training in this rotation, or just straight cardio? Nice calorie burn, you were in your zone for a good part of the workout. Good for you! Kerry wrote: Hi, This evening I did Imax 1-5 then did Power Hour Abs. I wanted to do the entire Imax workout because I was feeling really good, but I want to stick with my rotation, what's a rotation if you don't stick to it? I am alternating long cardio with short cardio with every rotation so I'm not killing myself AND my knees. I actually like the shorter cardio workouts, but somehow I feel like I'm short changing myself, but I know I'm not. I burned 337 calories and was in my zone 34 minutes of the 45 minute workout so that makes me happy. Have a nice night*~**~*

I'm doing each body part each day along with a short yoga workout. I'll do cardio 3 days at about 30-40 minutes. After that, I'm thinking of doing a Firm rotation to finish out the month. Guest guest
I just realized when I got your reply that I asked a silly question. I must have been tired last night. LOL! Let us know what kind of results you get from this workout. You might inspire the rest of us to try this. Kerry wrote: Yes, I'm doing one body part a day rotation for the next 2 weeks. Guest guest
Way to go ! I think you did great doing the intervals 6-10. At least you are exercising and that's the main thing. Don't feel guilty! Kerry wrote: Hi, Well, I was super short on time this evening. Cathe's rotation called for Imax 2 today and the thought of doing any Imax made me about want to puke, BUT.... I ended up doing Imax 1 and did intervals 6-10. This was 40 minutes and good enough. I do feel a little guilty because I should've completed it. I'm trying to stick with Cathe's rotation this month and I'm blowing it!!!!!!! I burned 304 calories. Have a nice evening!! ~~
