Guest guest Posted September 15, 2006 Report Share Posted September 15, 2006 Hey everyone well today I didn't feel like working out so much, my body is so tired after this long week at work. so I did today 2 workouts: 8 min arms- which i must say is excellent!!! can't believe how many exercises there are in 8 minutes. so if someone is lazy, tired or in a hurry you can focus on one part in your body. it was great workout for me. the second workout i've done is winsor pilates- 20 minutes workout: it was good also. I can't velieve how negetive i've been about pilates and all core workouts. they really put me in to life!
