Guest guest Posted July 9, 2005 Report Share Posted July 9, 2005 Today at the fitness center, I was trying out some new exercises (land based) with the large stability ball. The PT had me get barefooted, and then gave me some of these YogaToes to wear because he said it helps redistribute weight in the feet and would be good for me to use with the ball exercises.
