Hi ,

Could you please tell me when you make your infused oil with black cohosh do you

just strain it with voile or a materialo similar? Are your creams then used to

help with the relief of menstural pains? I have black cohosh extract & don't

know what to do with it, thought I could take it orally but was advised by the

distributors not to. Your help would be welcomed. Thanks Jane
