Guest guest Posted September 4, 2006 Report Share Posted September 4, 2006 Today I did 20 min run/walk and then 10 min on the elliptical. I really pushed it again and it felt really good! then I did Tammilee's abs of steel the third session.... it was a bit difficult but I got through it. I'm actually seeing some of my upper abs and my tummy is melting away! I'm so excited! I'm drinking more water and although I know the first few pounds you loose it's water weight I'm still psyched cause I weighted in this AM at 171lbs!
