Guest guest
i decided to add 3 new pictures of lucas in the spinecor from the front and back as well as a picture that i took tonight of his back out of brace. it's here: http://health.ph./group/infantile scoliosis treatment/photos/ browse/4bf4?b=17 & m=t & o=0 overall, i'm very happy with his symmetry even though his curves are not 0o. i just hope we can hold him at this and possible (i'm afraid to say it), wean him from the brace eventually! deshea
Guest guest
--Hi Deshea, Lucas spinecor looks good on him. Thats great they were able to fit him for the spinecor. When we were Erie back in Nov. they try to fit for one we even stayed an extra day so they could order it for her . It would'nt work for her it made her curve worse. So thats when they said they would just leave her without anything. Will see in Oct. hows shes doing. Tell Lucas said Hi.We were talking the other day and said she wants to get her cast back on when we go in Oct. I think she just likes to get her toy after it on. I hope she does'nt But if she would I know she would'nt mind it. I hope all is well with everyone. Give me a call some time. Bridgette and of Ohio - In infantile scoliosis treatment , " Deshea L. Guest guest
Deshea Just peeked at the photo's of Lucas, and they're fantastic!!! His back looks so good - (he also looks like such a grown up boy!!! LOL). Do you mind me asking where did you go for the Spincor? Was it Montreal? Guest guest
jacki, i'm sorry i didn't respond to this! thanks for looking at lucas' pictures. i'm happy but of course tense that there might be progression! anyway, yes, we are going to montreal for the spinecor. dr. rivard and dr. coillard have been wonderful. of course, now we're trying to get health insurance to pay for some of it, but it's going to be a bit of a battle . . . always, one thing or another. deshea > > > > i decided to add 3 new pictures of lucas in the spinecor from the > > front and back as well as a picture that i took tonight of his back > > out of brace. it's here: > > > > http://health.ph./group/infantile scoliosis treatment/photos/ > > browse/4bf4?b=17 & m=t & o=0 > > > > overall, i'm very happy with his symmetry even though his curves > are > > not 0o. i just hope we can hold him at this and possible (i'm > afraid > > to say it), wean him from the brace eventually! > > > > deshea > > >
Guest guest
good luck Deshea, I am really interested in the spinecor brace and if I had the chance to be going to the 2 people who developed it I would jump at the chance. Good luck with the insurance considerations. It is a shame when everything is a bit of a battle isn't it? Great work Bert Deshea <deshea@...> wrote: jacki, i'm sorry i didn't respond to this! thanks for looking at lucas' pictures. i'm happy but of course tense that there might be progression! anyway, yes, we are going to montreal for the spinecor. dr. rivard and dr. coillard have been wonderful. of course, now we're trying to get health insurance to pay for some of it, but it's going to be a bit of a battle . . . always, one thing or another. deshea > > > > i decided to add 3 new pictures of lucas in the spinecor from the > > front and back as well as a picture that i took tonight of his back > > out of brace. it's here: > > > > http://health.ph./group/infantile scoliosis treatment/photos/ > > browse/4bf4?b=17 & m=t & o=0 > > > > overall, i'm very happy with his symmetry even though his curves > are > > not 0o. i just hope we can hold him at this and possible (i'm > afraid > > to say it), wean him from the brace eventually! > > > > deshea > > > --------------------------------- Get your own web address for just $1.99/1st yr. Guest guest
G'day Bert Just jumping in on Deshea's post (I'm so rude!!! LOL). I asked Dr D about the Spinecor for Siobhan, a while back. He said that he didn't think it would work for her type of scoliosis?? But worth asking him in October..... We're really looking forward to seeing you and Bridgey soon... Love Jacki xx > > > > > > i decided to add 3 new pictures of lucas in the spinecor from the > > > front and back as well as a picture that i took tonight of his back > > > out of brace. it's here: > > > > > > http://health.ph./group/infantile scoliosis treatment/photos/ > > > browse/4bf4?b=17 & m=t & o=0 > > > > > > overall, i'm very happy with his symmetry even though his curves > > are > > > not 0o. i just hope we can hold him at this and possible (i'm > > afraid > > > to say it), wean him from the brace eventually! > > > > > > deshea > > > > > > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Get your own web address for just $1.99/1st yr. Guest guest
Hi Jacki Did Dr D give any reason why a flexible scoliosis like Siobhans associated with a connective tissue disorder wouldn't work for Spinecor? I will be sure to chat with him while we are there I can't wait as this brace is looking quite small on her now. See you soon Bert jabostock <jabostock@...> wrote: G'day Bert Just jumping in on Deshea's post (I'm so rude!!! LOL). I asked Dr D about the Spinecor for Siobhan, a while back.
