Guest guest
Debbie and , In my experience, my most recent EMG/NCV showed all normal readings and ranges. It also showed no atrophy in the hands or feet. But, even with that, it did pick up on the reinnervation factor, which is indicative of CMT Type 2. And I consider my CMT to be " mild " . ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
I think when CMT is mild or the patient is upset the EMG is not a good diagnostic test. This is just a feeling I have from all the hassle I had from the EMG as a kid.
