Guest guest Posted August 14, 2005 Report Share Posted August 14, 2005 Hi , I do an aquatic circuit of exercise 3 times a week, sometimes if my schedule permits, I fit in a 4th. Each workout session is one hour. I put a list of my exercises in our Files section - so go there and take a look. In short, what I do includes a full body workout - cardio, rocker board, sit ups, bicycling, other work on feet, legs, arms, back, neck, hands, fingers, et al. I have a routine that is really about 2 hours worth if I did the exact same routine each time, but I vary it according to specific areas I want to focus on - plus this keeps boredom away.
