9/10-9/17 Exercise

good late evening all, been so busy with life that i keep forgetting to post my workouts. issues with my apartment are still rampant and now my sister will be down on the 28th with my nephew whom i will see for the first time :-). so i am being extra bitchy with ppl on the phone about getting some things fixed that could affect safety and health of my nephew. i don't think i am asking for alot. plus things with viola and school need alot of my focus but not to bore you with my issues today LOL, but this week it has affected my getting yoga in.plus some lack of sleep has affected my cardio lately. i am hoping after my rest day tomorrow and things getting somewhat back to normal i will be okay. my lack of sleep is a little worry about finances and DH's health.well here is my week of workouts.... SUN-rest MON-Jari Love Ripped TUES-Functionally Fit Peak Fat Burning with Kathy Feet,Legs,Hips Practice from Yoga Complete for Everybody WEDS-10 min solution's pilates and yoga segments THURS-Caribbean Workout Kickboxing Segment One Intermediate Pilates Matwork with Ana Caban FRI-Firm Cardio Sculpt Tamilee Webb's I want those Arms Segment One SAT-Firm Maximum Cardio Burn with Allie Del Rio(Stricland,Pointer whatever her name is now LOL) Fat Burning Yoga Segment 2 SUN-Cathe Friedrich's Rythmic Step warm up, combos 1 and 2, cool down and stretch.i did plan on the whole thing but dh had to be at work and i had the car today so i was responsible to get him there in time. i did have a blast with my workout though and could have finished but life gets in the way like that.

and after the cowboys/redskins game i did segment 3 of Get Fit Fast Abs with Austin. a great shorter ab workout with traditional and pilates inspired ab exercises. also a little lower back with some superman extensions. so happy cowboys only b/c they beat the redskin and they are the apartment manager's favorite team. since i can't beat them its like a revenge to me LOL. tomorrow is a scheduled rest day but i did pull out scott cole's tai chi essentials for beginners. i picked this up at barnes and nobles but haven't done it yet. i did enjoy his instruction in tai chi balanced workout with janis saffel so i have been looking foward to trying his other tai chi workouts. i also have nantucket pilates out since its a quick 20 min pilates workout just for the heck of it.(this workout is on the 7days 7workouts set i got rather cheap from deepdiscountdvd.com, it has some cheesy

workouts but i get a lot of use out of a few of these). have a great night all kassia
