Guest guest
Hi Gretchen, I thank you for all your support! I believe it has something to do with my scolisosis. It is a little better today. I think it is possibly do to lifting babies. I will look into the gel. I did take some Tylenol LOL. Guest guest
Hey , I am laughing so hard even though it is probably not funny. I just was discussing this with my friend the other day that I look down a lot to see where I am going. I have my son do massages, he should go into massage therapy. Only trouble is he gets tired because of his CMT. Thanks Heidi

Guest guest
Hi Heidi, I don't get tight neck muscles, just sometimes tight foot muscles. Something that seems to work so well is Arnica Gel. I put it on and rub it in, about 2 or 3 times a day. (It is greaseless, and has a very mild, yet pleasant odor) And it takes away the tightness. One of my neighbors uses it on her arm muscles and it works for that too. I get the Arnica Gel at my health food store, but I am sure you can get it on the I-Net. I know you don't like taking medications, so I am offering my 2 cents about using this Gel. Of course, if your neck muscles continue to stiffen, get tighter, and especially if the pain gets worse, I know you will seek out medical care. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Heidi, I get this quite often. I've had this episode since this past Friday morning & it still is not feeling any better. It started on the left side of my neck & now it has moved down my left shoulder area & arm. It feels as tho my left arm is slightly numb. I just take some ibuprofen & go about my daily life. Not much else I can do I guess. Kerry in WI
