Hi ! I lost 65 lbs and kept it off for around 4 years until this year. I gained around 20 back, but I lost 5 of that 20 so now I'm 15 over my "normal" weight, but once I get back to my normal weight I'd still like to lose 30 more lbs, putting me at 140 (I'm 5'4")It's always a struggle, but a long and rewarding journey too. I'm thankful you are all here and that everyone is so kind and supportive! You can do it, ! What are your goals?Hugs to all, sarah <bwbb@...> wrote: When you lost the 65 lbs you kept it off after you scaled back the workouts? That’s great. See, I am trying to loose weight and I am willing to workout 2 hours a day – but – I wondered if after I lost the weight if I scaled back my workouts – would I gain the weight back? Does that make

sense? What are your thoughts?
