hi all, this morning i did the the fix with suzanne cox again. this time i did the aerobics warm up with the aerobics routine then skipped ahread to the dance aerobics routines with the dance cool down. almost 40 mins of cardio.lots of grapevines and some jogging in the aerobics routine while the dance routine was low impact but fast paced. i just finished caribbean workouts pilates focus on stretching routine. a little toning but mostly exercises meant to stretch out and make the body feel elongated. i was suppose to do abs today but will add that tomorrow with leg floor work. i think things are pretty much settled with deerwood and myself for now . such jerks. packed a few more things today and was running around lot. tomorrow dh will have the car so i will be at home maybe going through some more stuff and packing. we have to be out by the 3rd but that is on friday and knowing

these guys in the office they won't be showing up on saturday for work(drunkards to much party will kill ya LOL) to even see if i had moved out. but believe me i will try my darnest to be all in by the 3rd . have a great nigh all off to bed for mekassia
