Thanks Gretchen and Judith,

I saw my doctor again this morning because I had an attack in the bathroom. I

wrote everything down what has happened to give to the doctor and I left it on

the bed! Anyway, I did remember most of it and he just says it's probably a bad

case of anxiety that is doing

it, but he was a little concerned because I was out of breath when I was talking

to him. He checked my blood pressure which was normal and he checked my chest

and he said that was ok. So I now have to have an ECG to monitor my heart and

some blood tests.

I stopped taking the Citalopram a couple of weeks back, but maybe its

withdrawal? But I certainly don't want to feel like this all the time. Thanks

for the link. I had a look. Quite worrying in what some medications can do. I'm

a little nervous of taking anything now. I

think I have the ECG next week. It will seem a long time until then. I used to

use a rowing machine to try to keep myself reasonably fit, but I can't even

manage that now. I will let you know how the ECG goes.
