Hi,

I am a mom of a newly dx teenage son, 15 yo. I too am having a very hard time

accepting it. There is no history of this in our family and came as a shock. A

karate insturctor, a PE teacher both asked if

something was wrong with him. Not until we went to a podiatrist did the subject

of CMT come up?

Where do we go from here? PA area

Thank you for sharing

Louisa

,

I know exactly what you mean. I too have had a difficult time accepting my CMT.

I am also extremely tired when I get home from work. We just have to remember

that we are not alone. We have this wonderful group to support us.
