Guest guest
Hi , That's great you've done the Kari 's 2nd workout. You will get around the world, you did it once you can do it again! A good step workout is Kathy 's Step Aerobics, she breaks things down then adds arm movements which you can leave out if you want. It's easy to follow, but challenging enough to work up to. I saw one at the local thrift store the other day, I could see if they still have it, it's a VHS though, so not sure if you'd be interested in that. Kerry wrote: Hi everyone! I finally worked up the courage to try the 2nd workout on my Kari Go: Step Workout for Beginners DVD and, since she just goes through a move once, in time with the music without fully describing what she's doing, then adds arms and other movements to it right after she shows it (this is so not for beginners) I am completely confused by one move on the video. How do you do the "Around the World" move? I learned it in a step class I took years ago but had a hard time learning it then and never completely mastered it, plus she does it differently enough that I'm really confused. I was running the DVD from my laptop so I can't back up screen by screen (or if I can, I don't know how) but will try to do it on my DVD player with my TV next week so that maybe I can freeze screens or at least backup and go again from just before she starts it. I need step by step, detailed instructions if anyone can help me with that I'd so appreciate it! I need to practice things like this on the floor and step without the DVD going and then jump in again when I'm more comfortable with it. On the plus side, I've managed to get a lot of her other choreography on this 2nd workout down with just going through the workout twice now and if I can just figure out "Around the World" I'll probably feel a lot more comfortable with the workout. Thanks for any help!
Guest guest
Hi Kerry, I'm using both VHS and DVD so it would be great! If you're there and they have it, I can send you the money for it plus shipping via paypal. I'm looking on ebay too... just saw it ther for $3.81 plus $5.00 shipping (so $8.81). Is that a better price? If so, I'll just get it there. Thank you SO MUCH!!! Re: Question about step aerobics move Hi , That's great you've done the Kari 's 2nd workout. Guest guest
Hi again Kerry, I've been doing some reading of review of this tape and have decided I'll have to get it on DVD. I'll need to get past the more advanced workouts for a while and it will be much easier with a DVD than a VHS tape. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your offering to pick it up for me though, it is incredibly kind of you!!! Thanks too for your encouragement, it is also very much appreciated!!! Guest guest
Hi , The DVD would be a lot nicer to get through, I'm just used to the VHS. I hope you like the workout. Guest guest
Excellent! Her workout is good, not a lot of confusing moves, there are some optional moves that I do if I feel like I'm coordinated enough, she does make you work up a good sweat. I'm sure you'll like it. Where did you order it from? Kerry Thanks so much Kerry, I'll let you know. I ordered it this morning and can't wait to get it!!
Guest guest
This definitely sounds great! I ordered it from DiscountDVD.com and it was just $6.04 using the free shipping option. That was cheap enough that I couldn't say no! :-) I'm hoping to get it by early next week (but could be till the end of the week). I'm so insanely busy this week I don't have much time at all to work out anyway so it is okay that I haven't gotten it yet (of course, it might motivate me to wake up a bit earlier or just go workout instead of relax in between activities).
