Fluidity- Austin videos

Has Austin made any fitness videos before this new project,

Fluidity?

I watched an infomercial today for the Fluidity Fitness program and

wondered what her videos would be like. It seems that I've heard of

her (and, of course, Austin) and I found some references where

was written about in some fitness mags a couple years ago.

I watched the infomercial again at www.fluidity.com, but I can't see

much there for a guy to latch on to. I was really surprised because my

friend and I were talking of making a similar horizontal bar for me to

hold on, since I'm a little unstable on only one foot.
