Guest guest
, Hummm..I wonder if you are doing far too much exercises out there??? We all have different limitations, and symptoms can also vary and I really think you need to check with your physiotherapist and found out more about this. You have to start slowly and increase as time goes by. What kind of exercise are you doing ? Are you doing Hydrotherapy or you are workout in a gym? Are you doing weights? Please, BE CAREFUL . My doc said that exercises are very good for us, but never too much of it! Please, feel free to email me anytime and I really wish all the best of luck ! I think there are some files on exercises here at . Have a good look too! Take Care Joana
Guest guest
I am not doing any exercises because I am to tired at the end of the work day. In the morning I have a hard time getting up to go to work so I have not done them then either.
Guest guest
Hi , Sometimes I do the same thing... I am so tired at the end of the work day that I come home and lay down a bit just to rest, and that sure does help. I do try and ride my bike outside or walk at least thirty minutes 4 times a week.. I do Sansone exersises too occasionally. I do wear out easily, and I must now pay attention to that... Some days are good balance days, and others are not... How about you? Please respond when you can. Take care,, and listen to your body,, no one can take care of us like we ourselves can. Elaine

I sit at a desk all day but by the end of the day my neck and back really hurt. Does any body have any suggestions? __________________________________________________
