Guest guest Posted October 23, 2006 Report Share Posted October 23, 2006 , when I was first working out and very disciplined I worked out 2 hours a day at the gym; strength in the morning, cardio in the evening. Combined with eating more sensibly I lost 65 lbs! I'm slowly working on doing 2 hours a day of strenuous activity again. Your workouts always motivate me, and I thank you! I think it's fine to work out 2 hours a day as long as you listen to your body and give it a rest when need be, like WHEN YOUR KNEES HURT *lol*, as overtraining can result in injuries. I like Pyramid Upper Body too. Another upper body one that I like a lot is Reebok Upper Body with Petra Kolber (can't remember the name of the series at the moment, it's on vhs).
