Thank you for sharing your experiences. I am an occasional user of Cannabis and

have moderate CMT symptomology. All I had read suggested that cannabis had

positive effects for the musculoskeletal system in peripheral neuropathy.

However, I find that it caused

alot of problems. It seems that it causes increased muscle weakness, which

leads to poor balance and posture, and my foot deformities cause more problems.

All of these effects are immediate and last about 24 hours. It also has several

other effects that seem to

creep up on you: the more I used, the more withdrawn I became, whereas I am

usually outgoing. I was also pretty tired all the time. I believe my coworkers

thought I was a little dense (I work in a neuroscience lab where intelligence is

pretty important). I am interested in whether some of the effects I experienced

were related to CMT or not. All of this was after one week of daily cannabis

use, and I don't believe I can go back to such frequent use, nor do I want to.
