Guest guest Posted July 31, 2005 Report Share Posted July 31, 2005 From Times Wire Report 07 31 05 The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development released a study that shows people withh disabilities are often discriminated against when they try to rent apartments. The Chicago based study found that people with disabilities are frequently denied their requests for reasonable modification and reasonable accommodation necessary to make the available housing fully accessible.
