Yoga Toes, Ugg boots, Birkenstocks

Hi Gretchen,

I bought yoga toes. To be honest with you I don't understand how these could be

worn while doing yoga. Can you check with your gym on this point for me (since

I have never seen them in London).

As it almost seemed winter like on Tuesday, I started thinking about your

posting of UGG boots. Do you have high arches? Do they fit over your arches

ok? I have thought about getting these for years now (they were super

fashionable in London about 2 or 3 years ago).

As for summer shoes, I have found the greatest shape of Birks to wear. I am

wearing the Taboreh variety, which have a strap along my arches (adjustable with

a buckle), and across the top of my foot (with a loop like feature around my big

toes). They are so comfortable, and I would recommend them to anyone looking

for sandals that stay on the feet, that are fashionable (Birks are big in London

this summer), and they can be bought in loads of different styles too (I got

mine online and was spoiled by choice).
