Guest guest
Donna, My use of the Yoga Toes was for work on the stability ball, but I'll be happy to check with Kristi our Yoga and Pilates Pro and drop in on a class with her. Yes, I have high arches. In my trainers (New Balance) I have custom made (inserts) for total foot support (Orthotics)- not only helps the arch area, but really balances my foot out well and gives me a normal heel toe gait. Each insert (orthotic) was custom made for each of my feet from plaster molds, since each foot has different needs. The Uggs are great. They don't have as much arch support as I have when wearing my trainers with the inserts, but there is some. The Uggs are really comfortable - been wearing them for years. Easy off and on. I have a few different pair and styles. It is nice to see them coming in beautiful colors now. I tried Birks back in the 70s. They just made my feet hurt and I got rid of them fast. Plus I have to admit back then I thought they were really ugly. Will post again when I talk to Kristi about Yoga Toes and get you info. ~ Gretchen
