Guest guest
I've been lurking for a few months reading some of the more interesting posts (to me). I train for powerlifting competition though I've been hampered for several months by a suspected torn labrum in my left shoulder. An upcoming MRI and arthrogram should help figuring that out. In any case, I'm curious to hear opinions of any possible dangers for people with a sacralization performing heavy squats, deadlifts and good mornings. X-rays show that my lowest vertabrae is fused to my sacrum on the left side thereby limiting the motion of the low back somewhat. Even when avoiding heavy lifting, my back aches quite a bit, but it doesn't really hurt when performing any exercises. Is there any danger to lifting heavy with this type of back problem? Thanks for your opinions, Day Niles, OH, USA
