Hi ,

First, I hope I'm posting to the right list! But I

would love to hear more about WW and the core plan. I

don't technically need to lose weight, but I would

like to improve my eating habits.

I've always thought WW was a sensible program as it

isn't gimmicky, and relies on good old fashioned

portion control and smart choices. Ahh..makes so much

sense, but so hard to do sometimes!
