Hi everyone,

Have been busy and didn't post my workouts,

Thursday I didn't do an actual workout, but I spent two hours in the

yard, digging potatoes out of the garden and raking leaves.

Today I was channel hopping and found the Caribbean Workout, I have

never tried it, so did that for my workout today. He concentrated on

the outer hips and side to side movements today for inline skaters.

We had to hold a plank through the commercials, I couldn't do it! He

also challenged stabilizers by balancing on one leg while doing

shoulder presses and also while doing leg abductions. It was a good

workout, I didn't care for the commercials, but a good way to do

something different.

I also watched a women's All Strength Fitness Challenge on OLN. There

were three challenges, all done in the sand on the beach, the first

one they had to transfer six crates of bottled water from one pallet

to another as fast as they could, then there was a competition against

an opponent with a pole, one person at each end. You had to push the

pole so the person at the other end either fell to the ground or went

out of the circle, then the last challenge was to run into the water

and transfer three sets of weights on a platform weighing 50, 40 and

20 lbs to another platform also in the water. It looked very tough!

Some very good athletes, it was good to watch.
