It may just be a shocker to your body to do 5 days for awhile, then go back to 6. I think if you workout wisely you can get the same results in 5 vs. 6 - I guess it depends on what your personal preference is. All of your workouts are hard ones, so I do not think going to a 5 day week would make that much difference if you prefer that schedule!
