Guest guest Posted September 22, 2006 Report Share Posted September 22, 2006 Hi, This morning I did Ripped To The Core. I'm starting to really like this workout the more I do it. I burned a little fewer calories this time, 292 to be exact. Here is my breakdown: lunges and side squats- 5 lb spider planks/ pushups- I did all these on my toes, got my HR up there. chest press- 12 lb- I'm thinking chest flys would give me a better burn with this one, I might try that next time. deadlifts/biceps- 12 lb plie squats/upright rows- 12 lbs deadlifts/ rows- 12 lb stepping off the side with lateral raise- 3 lb. these still hurt me, 3's are me until further notice lol step ups with over head press- 3 lbs. I admit I think I can go up to 5's next time with these, they felt a little easier this time. triceps pushups/ kickbacks- I decided to modify on this one (I think Carolyn mentioned doing this) and I did seated over head extensions using a 17 lb dumb bell. then used 5's for the kick backs with the leg extensions. I don't know if I missed an exercise, trying to think. Let me know if I missed any. It's dark and rainy here today.
