Guest guest Posted August 31, 2005 Report Share Posted August 31, 2005 Joana, I don't know much, but too much exercise can cause a seepage of lactic acid. Cut back on your exercises for a few days. Also, only ONE hour in the pool - MAX, at all times. Don't push yourself. Working out in a pool can be deceptive...it is easy on muscles...don't let that fool you into doing more than one hour at a time.
