Guest guest
Sorry I'm just up dating you all on Kylie. Kylie did wonderful. She was in surgery about an hour. All went well. Dr. re implanted it on the rib just under the one it was originally implanted on. He felt it would be stronger to with hold the tension from the kyphosis, which was 75 degrees before VEPTR and now being held at zero. We were also very happy to hear that while the device was not connected, the kyphosis did not get worse! Kylie was pretty excited that Dr. gave her the piece of hardware to add to her large collection. She starts school on Monday and she is planning on taking it for show and tell! Thank you all for your kind words and concern for Kylie! She is scheduled for soft tissue releases on October 11th at Shriner's. We will keep you posted. Take care, __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Wow congratulations Kylie on another successful surgery. What are you going to do with all your bits of hardware. I think you need a display case with all the pieces labelled. Well done and we are looking forward to seeing you at the end of October. Kylie is such an amazing kid Bert and Bridget Lether <nlether@...> wrote: Sorry I'm just up dating you all on Kylie. Kylie did wonderful. She was in surgery about an hour. All went well. Guest guest
Hey Just heard about Kylie's latest adventure!! Wow, there's just never a dull moment for you all. Glad to hear Dr could re-seat her VEPTR, and set Kylie up as good as new. Cool that he let her keep some more 'hardware' for her collection. Give her big hugs from us, and see you all in Novemeber.
