I know that there is a saying in yoga that you must keep your feet and ankles strong, as they form the grounding in life. If these really do work on strengthening feet and straightening toes, that would be great. Can you ask your gym trainer if these should be worn during a work out (e.g. yoga class) or just after? I have not seen them in the UK but they would be great to buy - anything to stretch out my feet and toes, especially since I do long walks which I can always feel in my feet, toes and Achilles the next day!
