Guest guest
Jo, I wouldn't want to try walking around the gym with Yoga Toes on. They are not replacements for shoes or orthotics, but just a " tool " to use for exercises and working on balance for me. My Yoga friends in L.A. just carry them in their workout bag to put on before starting Yoga. The next thing I will try is to see if I can use them in Aquatics, but I think they float, and therefore might not work, or I will need to put weights on my ankles. It is interesting to me to try new things at the fitness center and learn more. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Gretchen, I have been looking in the google and they do not sell here in UK. Yes, I could not walk with it, I will fall down for sure.lol. But I could wear as a " tool " when I am in bed watching TV or when I am on Pc, or doing my exercise bike, etc. In any case, it is good to know more before anything. I though must be very good for stretching the toes...Very interesting this yoga toes. Joana
