hi donna - personally, i expect that will be too repetitious and will

get boring.

however, a rotation like this might not be bad:

week 1 - ripped#1 on monday, slim & lean on wednesday, ripped#1 on friday

week 2 - slim & lean on monday, ripped to the core on wednesday, slim

& lean on friday

week 3 - ripped to the core on monday, ripped#1 on wednesday, ripped

to the core on friday

week 4 - ripped #1 on monday, slim & lean on wednesday, ripped to the

core on friday

Yes , I am joining you in the Ripped Rotation. I'm sure I will see results from this one.
